Which data are collected?

The categories of data processed are as follows:

  • Civil status
  • Identity
  • Identification data
  • Images

This data is collected from the NFC Chip of the Id document.

Who is your data intended for?

The analyzed data are intended to be processed only by our company. The data are not intended for any other organisation.

Where is your data stored?

No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out. More specifically, your data is only transmitted to the departments concerned that have a “need to know” and are authorised to access it, such as the marketing and sales departments.

How long do we keep your data?

Datas from ID Document are stored 15 days in our systems to allow resolution of any problems that may arise during an analysis.
An automatic purge of this data is then performed.

How is your data protected?

In the meaning of the GDPR, any organization processing personal data is bound to an obligation of security. Thus, the following measures are implemented :

  • Obligation of confidentiality signed by all the employees processing the data of our customers
  • Encryption protects data both in storage and transit
  • Security audits are regularly carried out by third-party cybersecurity companies

What are your rights concerning your data?

You can access and obtain a copy of the data, ask to correct or erase them. You also have the right to limit their processing.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights on your data are not respected, you can send a claim (complaint) to your domestic supervisory authority.
